ScreenplayCoverage.com offers, save 15% first order

Last week I posted a note for writers who want to get their scripts or novels fine tuned and give them the exposure they need.  Well, that offer still stands.

Screenplaycoverage.com is the most trusted resource to getting your script to the next level, providing their clients what their coverage would like if their screenplay had been submitted. Hollywood Readers give coverage reports to their supervisors on screenplays coming across their desk, grading them on multiple categories, with analysis.

Not only will you get valuable advice, but many production companies will ask to see a coverage report on your script from someone like screenplaycoverage, and now you'll have one!!

Your screenplay may be a few changes away from becoming a great story and all you need is the fresh eyes of a ho9llywood Reader who has read thousands of scripts.  They also offer proofreading, treatments and perform audio readings!

So don't wait, go to screenplaycoverage.com and save 15% when you use promo code FIRSTORDER1029.

BACK IN THE HORROR GAME!

In other news, I'm working on a new script, a couple treatments and compiling interviews for my 35 Years of HALLOWEEN retrospective on DarkMedia.com.  I've had the pleasure of interviewing Danielle Harris and Tamara Glynn (you can check out the interviews in the links below!) and am in the process of interviewing Erik Preston who played "Young Michael" in Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers.  Look for many more interviews to come through October with cast, crew, producers, etc.

 NEW SCRIPT AND TREATMENTS!

It's been a while since I've worked on a script, but I have recently been inspired all over again to give it another go.  And I feel more creative than ever to get it out there!

I'm also in the process of working on two script treatments. One is for a novel called Vampyre 2000, written by Chris Benson.  It's an amazing story and there is definite potential to turning it into a great film.  This isn't your sparkly, twinkly Twilight shit!  This is a serious vampire tale taken to a whole new level and I am so excited that Chris Benson has asked me to write the treatment/script!

That's all for now on my end.  Taking things slowly, one thing at a time.  Keep screaming!

Celebrating '35 Years of HALLOWEEN' with Tamara Glynn

Recently, I had the opportunity to interview Tamara Glynn, Samantha Thomas from Halloween 5:  The Revenge of Michael Myers.  I had so much fun with this interview, I didn't want it to end.

We not only talked about Halloween 5, but we also talked about three new films she has in the works and the Hot Springs Horror Festival she is part of.

An Interview with Danielle Harris

Last month, as part of DarkMedia.com's "Women in Horror" recognition month, I had the opportunity to interview Danielle Harris.  Below is the link where you can read it.

Not only do we talk about her directorial debut for Among Friends, we also talk about her new film, Hatchet III.  This interview is also a kickoff to a retrospective I am doing for DarkMedia.com called 35 Years of Halloween.

Enjoy the interview.
